At our live seminar yesterday, we talked about how iOS12 on Apple devices allows you to see how much time you’re spending on your device. In fact, it shows you how much time in each app. Each Sunday, a notification appears informing you of your daily screen time average and adding the percentage of up or down from the previous week. In between, though, you can check your usage by going to Settings and then Screen Time.

We also mentioned that this feature hasn’t reached Android phones yet. Well, actually, it has – kind of. The feature is included in the Android 9 Pie OS release. However, it may be awhile before phones are able to accept this upgrade. In the meantime, if you want the feature on your Android device, search the Google Play Store for ZenScreen. This app will do the trick!
