Microsoft Office On Your Smartphone

If you own an iPhone or an Android, you have access to the Microsoft Office suite of powerful apps. All you need to do is visit the App Store/Google Play Store and search for Microsoft Office. In both stores you get Excel, PowerPoint and Word. In the Google Play Store, you’ll also get Microsoft Lens with the other three. In the App Store, you can download Lens separately. In both stores, you can also download Outlook, To Do and OneNote as separate apps.

Did I mention all these apps are free on your Smartphone? Yes, you do need to sign in with a Microsoft account – free to create if you don’t already have one – and if you have a Microsoft 365 account, you’ll unlock extra features. Still, the basic functions are free.

In my opinion, if you need to be able to create documents or spreadsheets or presentations on your phone, this is the way to go.

Why not try Office on your smart phone? Go ahead, I dare you!!
