
This post is really an FYI! I just want people to understand that I’m not ignoring them.
Here’s what happens: I will post something to Social Media or to my blog or I’ll send out a Question of the Week email or something else along those lines. When I do that, I often get messages from customers who think I’m going to respond right away because I just sent a message.
Unfortunately, when you see a blog post or Social Media post or an email from me, I might be anywhere except at my computer. The truth is, many of the informational items I publish are done with a scheduler or, sometimes, even sent by someone I’ve asked to post in my absence.
Bottom line: if you see me publish something, just know that I might have scheduled the item days in advance and that I might be sleeping or in the car with Joyce and Gus! Please don’t be upset with me because I didn’t respond when you reacted to my post!
