In my last blog, I mentioned that I would share some of the new features of Windows 10 version 1809.  There are lots of updates for those of us in the techie field but there are some pretty cool, new features for the home user, too.

One of the areas of Windows 10 with the most improvements is Photos.  There are a number of new features in this Microsoft application including adding 3D effects.  In the picture above, I’m showing the menu which gives you the 3D option.  There are a number of effects from which to choose.  Since the picture above is an outdoor scene, I decided to add falling leaves.

There are lots of other new features to Photos and I’ll share more of them in future posts.  In the meantime, though, once your computer has updated to version 1809, be sure to check out Photos and have fun experimenting!
